House Parties

Although Burnhouse Manor is run primarily as a country house hotel, we do offer, and very much enjoy providing, exclusive use for house parties and private parties, allowing you to treat the House as your home for a period of time.

Maximum single overnight accommodation for 9 guests, double or sharing for 18. The bedrooms can of course be re-let to your guests to reduce the exclusive use fee.

Exclusive use of the house offers much more flexibility of arrangements and timings. Imagine yourself as ‘Lord and Lady of the Manor’ for a day or two, with the whole of Burnhouse Manor and its extensive grounds at your disposal. And enjoy the relaxed and tranquil serenity and magical charm of Ayrshire and Burns Country. You and your guests will totally unwind here, well away from the stresses of everyday life.

And at Burnhouse Manor, exclusive use really means what it says – you have your own exclusive, personal staff for the duration of your stay. Enjoy the luxury and comfort of being looked after by a dedicated staff with real character, in a unique friendly atmosphere.

Rates for ‘house lets’ are available on application. Catering charges are dependent on the requirements of the booking party.
