Burnhouse Manor can advise you on local car hire arrangements from Prestwick and Glasgow Airport – contact the hotel directly

Free, onsite car parking for up to 70 cars

Check in and out
Check-in is at 15.00 hrs
Check-out is at 11.00 hrs

Early check-in & check-out is available on request, although a charge may apply.

Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available. Children up to the age of 4 stay free. Children aged 5-11 pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing their parents room. Children aged 12-15 pay 75% of the adult rate when sharing their parents room.

Cots and high chairs are always available free of charge.

Communications – email, fax, modem & facilities
Fax, printing and photocopying facilities are available at Reception

Currency and credit cards accepted
The hotel accepts £ sterling and travellers cheques as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, JCB. All cheques must be accompanied by a valid bank card.

Disabled
The hotel has a level access. One ground floor bedroom is available for guests and the public areas are all fully accessible.

Function Rooms
The hotel boasts 2 private function rooms, which can cater for up to 200 guests theatre style.

Laundry
A laundry and dry cleaning service is available at the hotel, including a same day service.

Medical and dental
24 local doctor/medical service available nearby.

Packed and picnic meals
Packed breakfast, lunch & dinner is available. Please ask at Reception for details.

Pets
Well behaved dogs are allowed in the hotel with the exception of the public areas. Dogs are not allowed on the beds and guests should bring own bedding for their dogs.

Restaurant
Our Restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Breakfast to non-residents is £11.95 for full English breakfast. There is also a diverse Lounge Menu.

Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion

Smoking
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the hotel. There are outdoor and patio areas suitable for smokers.

Special diets
The hotel caters for just about any special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the lounge, restaurant & room service.
